Well, the energy has been pretty tumultuous to say the very least these last few weeks - the beautiful full moon in Taurus/Scorpio presented us with a wonderful opportunity to dump the last of our baggage, and boy did it stir up some old emotions - always remember that if you are finding things a struggle, you will never be presented with something that you can't handle. Although this can be tricky, try and see if from a higher perspective and congratulate yourself on what you have cleared thus far. We are often too quick to criticise ourselves, and have not been able to love ourselves unconditionally for far too long...
